FRANSA 'FRFlora' Dress (Green Bay)

A fabulous little day dress from Scandi brand Fransa. This cute shorter length stretch dress is in a gorgeous soft fabric. The round neck and three quarter sleeves make this super comfortable and a very useful piece. There is slight gathering at the neck and the fitted waist leads to a gently flared skirt.
